"Zastava auto delovi" from Raška on auction on March 7th

Privatization Agency will offer company “Zastava auto delovi” from Raška for sale on the auction on March 7, at starting price of 59.18m RSD.

Total estimated value of 73.15% of assets that are being privatized is 295.9m RSD (about 3.5m EUR), while the minimum of obligatory investments in the company amounts to 11.9m RSD.

The most important property of the company is the mechanical processing unit on total surface of 5,867 square meters, business premises (1,952 sm), the unit for thermal and surface protection (960 sm), new production hall (1,456 sm), storage space for spare parts (150 sm), storage space for coolants and lubricants (73 sm), storage space for chemical products (456 sm) and storage space for crude oil (160 sm).

The most important products and services of the company are sale of parts and tools for vehicles, sale of motor vehicles and engineering. Total business incomes of the company in 2006 amounted to 29.6m RSD, whereas the costs amounted to 51.1m RSD.

By the way, total of 15 companies from “Zastava” system have been sold on previous auctions: "Zastava promet" from Belgrade, Kragujevac and Sombor, "Zastava procesna oprema", "Zastava mašine" and "Zastava Kovačnica" from Kragujevac, "Zastava metal" from Resavica, "Zastava livnica" from Topola, "Zastava alati" from Senta.

There are still few more companies to be sold - "Grupa Zastava vozila", "Zastava turs", "Zastava kamioni" from Kragujevac and "Zastava specijalni automobili" from Sombor.
