Meeting of stockholders of "Telekom" scheduled for February 6th – all stockholders confirmed their presence

President of Administrative Board of "PTT saobraćaja Srbije", Dragoslav Šumarac, has scheduled the meeting of stockholders of "Telekom" for tomorrow (February 6th, 2008) at 2 PM.

According to Šumarac, all representatives of stockholders have confirmed their presence. Also, the meeting will be attended by Mirko Cvetković, Minister of Finance and authorized holder of so-called "golden stock" in "Telekom".

At tomorrow's meeting, the Administrative Board of "Telekom" will be appointed.

Next week, the Administrative Board will appoint the new Chief Executive of "Telekom", and, according to the coallition agreement, that will be Branko Radujko, former Secretary General of the President of Serbia.
