Consortium of companies "Home Art&Sales" and "Strojna industrija" - first-ranked on tender for IMT

Privatization Agency announced yesterday (February 4, 2008) that the first-ranked bidder on the tender for Industry of Machines and Tractors "IMT" from Belgrade was consortium "HASS-SIP", made of Swiss "Home Art&Sales" and Slovenian company "Strojna industrija".
The first-ranked bidder has offered price of 121.1m EUR for capital of IMT, investment program worth about 10.2m EUR, as well as unconditional acceptance of minimum obligation of social program.
The second-ranked bidder on the tender is the consortium made of "Neverfield Limited" from the British Virgin Islands and "Pol-Mot Warfarma" from Poland.
The third-ranked bidder is the consortium "Agri investments", of which members are "MCP Properties" from Belgrade and "Adriano Corsi" SpA from Italy.
In case negotiations end in success, Privatization Agency will sign the contract with the first-ranked bidder within 30 days from the day the deadline for informing participants in the tender expires.
