Komercijalna banka to found Company for management of investment fund "KomBank invest"

Komercijalna banka has founded Company for management of investment fund "KomBank invest", so that, after the recent approval given by the Securities Commission for founding of the Company for management of investment fund "AC fondovi", there are 12 companies for management of investment funds in Serbia.

Besides two newly formed companies, there are three companies with the licenses - "Invej", "Jubmes" and "Zepter Investments", that have not founded their funds yet.

Remaining seven companies - "Citadel", "Delta", "Fima", "Focus", "Ilirika", "Raiffeisen" and "KD", founded eight investment funds last year, two of which are owned by "Delta Investment".

"Citadel's" fund "Triumph" has not started with the investments yet. This fund will end registration of investment units on February 18.

The value of the property managed by the investment funds in Serbia is about 4 billion RSD, that is, about 50m EUR.
