Sale of IMK Banat in bankruptcy called – Value estimated at close to RSD 350 million

Trustee in bankruptcy has called the sale of IMK Banat in bankruptcy.

The sale of this bankruptcy debtor will be performed through a public bidding procedure on September 15, and the estimated value is RSD 349,443,000.00.

The most significant property consists of factory premises along with head offices (1,201.90 m2), a piggery (944.1 m2), processing and sanitary unit (4,640.20 m2), workshops, other facilities and a substation, as well as business premises and equipment in Pancevo, Vrsac, Kraljevo, Alibunar and Banatski Karlovac.
