Offer announced for takeover of company "Vatrosprem"

Company Šir Corporation announced the offer on Friday (February 1st, 2008) for takeover of remaining 66.6% of stocks of the Belgrade manufacturer of fire equipment "Vatrosprem" for about 115m RSD.

According to the offer that can be seen on the web site of the Central Securities Registry, Šir Corporation, together with related companies "Nemetali" from Topola and "Emisio broker" from Belgrade, offers 1,850 RSD per stock of "Vatrosprem", which is 341 RSD more than the accounting value.

Together with the related companies, the bidder owns 33.42% of total of 93,928 stocks of "Vatrosprem". The offer will open prior to February 21st.
