Koncern Farmakom to be auctioned on September 14 – Estimated value of property around RSD 350 million

The administrative receiver of Koncern Farmakom in bankruptcy has put the bankruptcy debtor’s property up on sale through public bidding scheduled for September 14.

The offer consists of office buildings, land and equipment. Among other items, the complex for the production of plastic packaging Eha within the Zorka Sabac industrial zone is on offer at the starting price of RSD 85,413,657.00 and the administrative building in Sabac at the price of RSD 74,420,636.50.

The total value of the property is estimated at around RSD 350 million.
