Bonds sold for RSD 16.36 billion at reopening

The Public Debt Administration reported that, at Thursday’s reopening of 3-year Government Bonds of the Republic of Serbia, bonds in the total nominal value of RSD 16.36 billion were realized, according to the plan.

The bonds issued on February 18 were reopened, and the volume of offered bonds amounted to over RSD 51.15 billion. With the realization plan in the amount of RSD 20 billion and in accordance with the August 1 report, the total volume of bids amounted to RSD 19.86 billion.


Government Bonds in the amount of 1,636,114 units were realized, having the total nominal value of RSD 16,361,140,000, in accordance with the planned realization.

The bonds were sold at YTM of 5% on the annual level, and the maturity date is February 22, 2019. The coupon (6% annually) payment date is February 22.

YTM of Thursday’s auction was lower by 0.37 bp relative to the previous auction, held on June 24, 2016.

Receivings based on Thursday’s auction will be used for financing public debts liabilities.
