Bulgarian "Koalin" took over Valjevo-based Non-metal mine

Company "Jugo-Kaolin" from Zaječar, of which owner is Bulgarian company "Kaolin", announced yesterday (January 30, 2008) that it had taken over Valjevo-based Non-metal mine for 79.4m RSD.

According to the report about takeover, "Jugo-Kaolin" purchased 98.98% of stocks of Non-metal mine, that is, total of 7,443 stocks at price of 10,665 RSD.

The company from Zaječar announced the offer for takeover of all 7,520 stocks of the Valjevo non-metal mine on January 8th and the offer was successfully closed on January 28th. That mine produces azbestos, quartz sand and other ores and stone.

Nominal value of one stock of the non-metal mine is 3,000 RSD, accounting value is 26,600.53 RSD, while the current open market value on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 1,100 RSD per stock.
