Government of Japan helps revival of domestic production of artificial fertilizers - realization of Agreement worth 202m RSD soon

Ministry of Agriculture announced yesterday (January 30, 2008) that, due to increase in prices of mineral fertilizers, whch was conditioned by the increase in price of gas, they would do everything to realize Agreement on donation from the Government of Japan in amount of 202m RSD as soon as possible. This donation is intended for revival of domestic production of artificial fertilizers.

That will make it possible for agricultural manufacturers to purchase artificial mineral fertilizers for spring sowing at the price that is reduced by the amount of value added tax.

"Ministry of Finance has already given consent for this", Ministry of Agriculture announced.
