Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) continues to reduce the scope of its operation, as per promise to the European Commission after receiving state aid in December 2013.

Following the sale of a part of NPLs, the bank diligently started the process of the sale of NLB Leasing. However, KF Finance, authorized by the bank to collect the bids for sale, hasn't found a single bid to be acceptable to the bank, despite having received 16 of them.

NLB Leasing, which has over 60 employees, was put up for sale by the bank in April.
