Jagodinska Pivara going into bankruptcy – Creditors to get the money from the sale of property

The bankruptcy procedure in Jagodinska Pivara will continue through the sale of property, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has confirmed.

Throughout the procedure, Jagodinska Pivara hasn't stopped its operations and has hired 79 workers for production and logistics activities based on the temporary service contract.

The sale procedure can start after the assessment and the update of the property documentation have been carried out and the information received by the Agency for Restitution about whether there are claims for the restitution of property, the Agency says in its announcement.

Jagodinska Pivara was founded in 1852, and this is the first time it is facing the threat of having its production activities stopped.
