Google the most innovative company in the world

According to the results of a survey conducted by Brand Keys, the currently most innovative company in the world is Google. Around 4,000 subjects participated in the research, whose results were published on July 25.

The last year's winner, Apple, placed fourth, Samsung went down from the third to the fifth place and Microsoft dropped from the eleventh to the eighteenth place.

Amazon placed second and the third place went to Facebook, cnet.com reports.

Still, the owner and director of Brand Keys, Robert Passikoff, believes that it is the new brands, those which have placed among the top 20 twenty for the first time, that provide the true image of consumer trends. These are Airbnb, Snapchat, Shutterfly, BuzzFeed, ClassPass and theSkimm.

The presence of these companies in the list means that certain giants, like Uber, LinkedIn and Slack, have disappeared from the list.
