The municipality of Kula has opened a public invitation for the sale of undeveloped building land in public ownership.

The 4.29 ha plot of land is located in the Kula industrial zone and its starting price is RSD 25,797,600.

The deadline for the submission of bids is August 23, 2016, at 2 p.m. The bids should be submitted to the address of JP Zavod za Izgradnju, 8 Lenjinova St.

The public bidding will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2016, at 10 a.m.
