Singaporeans purchased documentation for Sveti Stefan island, the Frenchmen interested too

Singapore-based company "Aman resorts" is the most serious candidate for rental of city-hotel Sveti Stefan, as well as hotels "Miločer" and "Kraljičina plaža".

The representatives of this famous catering-tourist companies stayed over the weekend in Budva and spoke to the owner of these facilities - HTP "Budvanska rivijera" and HTP "Miločer".

"Budvanska rivijera" points out that the representatives of "Aman" purchased tender documentation and sign the letter of trust. They had insight into what is offered on the tender in order to make offer.

The tender will be completed on August 5 and sender of the best bid will be known prior to the end of the summer. Singapore-based company that has only 19, but the most luxurious, hotels is interested in purchase of real estates around Sveti Stefan and Miločer.

Except company from Singapore, French company "Akor" that owns chain of luxurious hotels all around the world is interested in rental of famous hotels in Sveti Stefan and Miločer.
The lowest rent for Sveti Stefan and Miločer is €1.6m on annual basis, whereas rental of "Kraljičina plaža" costs €150,000.

The future renter is obliged to invest at least €20m in modernization and reconstruction of these hotels, as well as that the capacities be 60% full along the year.
