"Flores'" export worth 220,000 EUR

Private company for producton of alcohol and soft drinks "Flores" from Divostin near Kragujevac realized 220,000 EUR worth of export of alcohol drinks in 2007, and it sold products worth 60m RSD on domestic market.

CEO of "Flores", Milomir Pljakić, pointed out that the export of "Flores" in 2007 had been increased by 10.2% in comparison with the previous year. He also said that the demand in the country had grown by 18%.

At the press conference, Pljakić said that "Flores'" products "žuta osa", "bela osa", "srpska loza", "lincura" and brand "drozd" were exported to the markets of countries of former Yugoslavia, as well as to USA, Australia, Germany, France and Great Britain, and even Brasil this year.

According to the words of the first man of "Floresa", prices of its products in Australia range between 55 and 60 Australian dollars, while the prices on the US market range between 24 and 37 USD.

Pljakić said that everybody in "Floresu" were especially satisfied with the growth of consumption on domestic market. The demand for its quality products are highest in Belgrade and Novi Sad, while regions of Pomoravlje and Šumadija buy 2% of total production of this company.

He expressed expectation that "Flores" would get HACCP certificate before June.
