Italians to pay price for DDOR prior to Janary 31

Before the meeting of the Assembly of stockholders of "DDOR Novi Sad", which is schedulled for January 31, Italian company "Fondiaria" should pay 220m EUR for 83% of the capital it bought. In that way, it will officially take over that insurance company, said CEO of "DDOR Novi Sad", Darko Botić, yesterday (January 20, 2008).

- DDOR expects new organizational solutions and more attractive services from the third largest Italian insurance company - said Botić.

The gross insurance premium in DDOR exceeded 12 billion RSD last year, which is, according to the estimates, significant increase in amount of 13.5%.

As Botić pointed out, italian owners expect that the income on the money invested in DDOR will exceed 20% three years after the purchase.
