"Budimka" on auction on January 25

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced public invitation for auction sale of stockholding company for production, processing and trade in fruit, vegetables and meat and foreign-trade operations "Budimka" from Požega.

The auction will take place on January 25, at 11 AM. Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is 11,446,924 EUR, which represents 56% of total capital.

Starting price on the auction is 94,394,000 RSD, and minimum amount of investments that future owner must realize is 189,535,000 RSd. This company has 132 workers.

On the same day, 70% of public capital in building company "Proleterski put" from Požega will also be offered for sale. Starting price for this company is 9,692,000 RSD, and total estimated value of capital that will be privatized is 494,061 EUR.

Minimum amount of investments that future owner must realize is 1,268,000 RSD.
