Company "Delta" took over hotel "Park"

In December 2007, company "Delta" took over hotel "Park", which operates as a part of hotel-catering company "Stari grad".

Former stockholder of hotel-catering company "Stari grad", Milonja Lekić, stated that, according to the information he got, the takeover had taken place soon after December 13, 2007, when the inventory had been carried out and the new CEO of the company appointed.

Lekić reminded that the initial buyer of company "Stari grad" was fund "Midland Resource", which set aside about 3.2m EUR for 35% of the assets of "Stari grad". After the consortium of employees of that company disintegrated, that fund bought another one and took over 64% of the ownership.

People from "Delta" confirmed that they had taken over hotel "Park", but they did not reveal any details of this business operation.
