Gerhard Randa new CEO of Sberbank Europe

Gerhard Randa has been appointed as the new CEO of Sberbank Europe AG, part of whose network is Sberbank Serbia.
Gerhard Randa has been working in the banking industry since 1962. Since 1966, he was working as a senior manager in various European banks. Between 1995 and 2003, he was the executive manager at Bank Austria. Randa has graduated from the University of Economics and Business in Vienna, and he had been a member of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank Europe since March 2012, after the acquisition of Volksbank International (VBI) by Sberbank Europe.
- I personally believe that our business in Europe will definitely benefit from Mr. Randa’s vast experience and knowledge. I would like to congratulate him on his new role and I wish him success, enthusiasm and a lot of interesting projects ahead - said Lev Khasis, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank.
