The Ministry of Economy of Serbia has signed the agreement with the Belgrade footwear manufacturer UNO on the sale of 70% of the property of Industrija Obuce Beograd at the price of EUR 176,100.

As the Ministry's website informs, the starting price at the public bidding for the company in restructuring was EUR 176,040.

The buyer is obliged to submit the registration of the concentration to the Commission for Protection of Competition.

The starting price at the previous public call for the bidding for Industrija Obuce Beograd was EUR 264,060, but there were no interested buyers. The company currently employs 5 workers.
