As it was initially assumed, Metalac (MTLC) was a major buyer of its shares at the BSE during the week behind.

The company bought back nearly 3.5% of its shares on the back of big transaction where East Capital fund was a seller. These shares were bought at a price of RSD 1,330 per share, which is the highest level the company paid for its shares so far. Metalac was already performing buyback process two times ago – in March 2014 at a price of RSD 2,420 per share (RSD 1,210 adjusted for bonus shares) and in October 2015 at a price of RSD 2,230 per share (RSD 1,115 adjusted for bonus shares).
