"Delta sport" intends to take over remaining stocks of "Obuća"

Company "Delta sport" announced the offer on January 11, 2008, for takeover of remaining 33.26% of stocks of trade company "Obuća" from Belgrade for total of 344m RSD. According to the web site of the Central Securities Registry (www.crhov.co.yu), "Delta sport" offered the price of 5,754 RSD per stock of "Obuća", which is also the average price of stock of that company in the past three months on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

"Delta sport" is the owner of 66.74% of total of 179,790 stocks of "Obuća", while the Share Fund owns 23.45% of stocks, 6.4% of stocks are public-owned, whereas 1.28% of stocks belong to the company and remaining 2.1% of stocks are owned by minor stockholders. According to the web site, the offer will be open prior to January 31.
