Factory of railway cars "Faso" on auction on February 22

Privatization Agency announced public invitation on January 11, 2008, for sale of manufacturer of railway cars “Faso” from Belgrade on the auction on February 22, at starting price of 16,36m RSD. The new owner will have an obligation to invest minimum of 10.04m RSD in that company whose estimated value of capital amounts to 102.26m RSD.

The deadline for applications is February 13. In 2006, "Faso" had business expenses worth 6.35m RSD and had no incomes. This company uses production and administrative building of 3,308 square meters, boiler room, porter’s booth and substation in Vladimirci and it has only 2 employees.

"Faso" is also the user of 25,396 square meters of building land owned by the state. Another 20 companies will be offered for sale on the auction on February 22. "Faso" was offered for sale on December 21, 2007, but there were no interested buyers.
