(Simon Franko) Simon Franko has been appointed the new Managing Director of the company BASF Serbia, and will perform the same duty in Slovenia and Croatia as well. His predecessor is Michael Nam, who is preparing for his new position within the BASF Group.

Simon Franko (45), Slovenian by birth, is a chemical engineer and has 17 years of experience working in BASF. His career in the German BASF, the biggest chemical company in the world, is linked to the Coating sector and the Managing Director position at BASF Coating Services in Slovenia and Romania. The latest one in the long line of positions held by Franko is the position of the Account Manager for Renault for the EMEA area (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
