Energoprojekt AMG approves dividend of RSD 20 per share

Shareholders will be paid, from the non-allocated profit of the company, dividend in the amount of RSD 20 per share (dividend yield of 1.7%), and the record date is June 5. Also adopted was the decision on the share buyback program in the total amount of up to 1.1 million shares, at a price not higher than RSD 3.000. The decision remains in effect for two years since the day of the adoption.
