Belgrade Airport AGM approves additional RSD 750m as a cash dividend - Gross RSD 21.9 per share

Shareholders will receive additional RSD 750.9m as a cash dividend, out of RSD 2.12bn reported as undistributed profit in 2015. The amount per share is at gross RSD 21.9. Remaining RSD 1.3bn goes into reserves, while RSD 92m will be distributed as participation of employees into the company’s earnings. Shareholders record date was on December 31st, 2015. At the end of August last year, the company already approved interim cash dividend in the amount of RSD 38.35 per share.
