Offer for takeover of Non-metal Mine in Valjevo - "Jugo-Kaolin" offers 10,665 RSD per stock

Company "Jugo-Kaolin" from Zaječar, as the mother company of company "Kaolin" from Senova (Bulgaria), announced the offer for takeover of stocks of Non-metal Mine from Valjevo yesterday (January 8, 2008) through its broker "ITM monet".

Total number of issued stocks with the voting right is 7,520 and their nominal value is 3,000 RSD per stock, while their market value amounts to 1,100 RSD. The bidder is obliged to pay 10,665 RSD in cash for every stock and to take over 100% of all issued stocks.

The bidder intends to buy at least 7,220 stocks or 96% of stocks with the voting right.

This offer expires on January 28 and payment for the taken stocks will be carried out within three days after the bid is closed.

The buyer stated in its offer that it would keep improving operations in the current field of work by introducing new technologies, as well as that it intended to keep current workers and improve financial situation.
