Fitofarmacija AGM approves dividend of RSD 80 per share

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Galenika Fitofarmacija (FITO), held on June 24th, approved all proposed decisions, including cash dividend payment and decision on approval of share buyback program in the period before the adoption of the Annual Report for 2016.

Shareholders will receive dividend in the amount of RSD 80 per share (RSD 211.2m in total), while dividend yield at the moment stands at 3.02%. Record date is June 24th, while payment should be completed in the period September 5-9th.
