IMLK: Imlek AGM approves squeeze-out

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Imlek (IMLK), which took place on June 17th, approved, among other things, squeeze-out process for the remaining stakes of minorities.

This will be performed at a price of RSD 5,829 per share, which is an estimated value of the company’s shares. The AGM also approved cash dividend payment in the gross amount of RSD 366 per share, with June 7th as a dividend record date.
