Italian footwear manufacturer coming to Sabac

The Italian company Skandia, which specializes in manufacturing waterproof winter footwear, has notified the City Government of Sabac by a Letter of Intent that it plans to start the production in that city in September.

The investors will first rent the production facility where 200 people will be employed, whereas the construction of their own hall, where another 200 workers will be employed, is planned for next year.

The arrival of this company is above all an opportunity for unemployed women who are experienced in manufacturing footwear, reports TV Sabac.
