ALFA: Alfa Plam AGM approves dividend of RSD 1,000 per share

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Alfa Plam (ALFA) held on June 16th, approved all proposed decisions including adoption of financial statements and cash dividend payment.

As in previous year, shareholders will receive RSD 157.3m (RSD 1,000 per share; dividend yield at 2.9%). Record date was on June 16th. Remaining RSD 603.9m, from 2015 profit, will be retained.
