Delta M gave the best bid for Podunavlje, it is followed by Nektar, MK Commerce and Lugonja Petrol

Delta M has given the best offer for takeover of agricultural combine Podunavlje from Čelarevo. For one stock Podunavlja Delta M offers 4,300 CSD with obligation of buying at least 49% of stocks. The second most valuable bid has been sent by Nektar that offered 3,111 CSD per stock and takeover of at least 40% of stocks, whereas MK Commerce is the third with offer of 2,103 CSD per stock and obligation of purchase of at least 51% of stocks. The worst bid has been sent by Lugonja Petrol that offered only 1,770 CSD and obligatory takeover of 51% of stocks. The representatives of the fifth competitor, Meat Industry Matijević, have not appeared with the sealed bid.
