"Atlas system" soon to become owner of "Majestic" - €2.7m?

Hotel “Majestic“ has only one candidated buyer - “Atlas system“. No counter-offer was sent as an answer to the offer of “Atlas system“ for procurement of this prestigious Belgrade-based hotel to the Securities Commission. The deadline for delivery of bids has expired. “Atlas system“, of which owner is famous Montenegrin businessman Duško Knežević, also, has not changed its initial offered price. The offer remains the same, that is 17,368 CSD per stock, which is equal to the bookkeeping value and obligation of procurement of 60% of stocks. According to the offered price, total worth of “Majestic“ is €4.5m, whereas 60% of assets, which is the limit of “Atlas system“ in this procurement, are worth €2.7m. In the following week, namely, the owners of stocks of “Majestic“ should respond to this offer by orders for sale of their ownership documents. State owns 42% of stocks in “Majestic“ through Share Fund, whereas minor stockholders hold property over 58%. Total number of minor stockholders is about 1,200.
