“Citadel” got license for investment fund "TRIUMPH"

Company for Investment Fund Management "Citadel Asset Management" from Belgrade obtained the license from the Securities Commission on Thursday (December 27, 2007) for organization of open investment fund "TRIUMPH".

It is the first investment fund for which company "Citadel Asset Management" got the license. This fund will represent the value growth fund whose investment policy will be to invest minimum 75% of its property into securities on the stock exchange.

Company "Citadel Asset Management" intends to announce public invitation for registration of investment units in open investment fund "TRIUMPH" in the second half of January. Public invitation will last for 21 days, and all interested physical and juristic persons will be able to pay for investment units of open investment fund "TRIUMPH" prior to that data, both in the headquarters of company "Citadel Asset Management" in business building of Genex suites in Belgrade and through company’s authorized agents.

This company also submitted documentation for founding of a closed investment fund to the Securities Commission few days ago.
