Zrenjanin-based "Begej" again for sale - requests for examining of property prior to February 7

Privatization Agency has announced second sale of the property of hat factory "Begej" in Zrenjanin, which is in bankruptcy.

Administrative building and production units of "Begej", of which total surface exceeds 10,000 square meters, will be offered for sale. The value of this property has been estimated to 242.5m RSD.

According to the announcement, potential buyers can submit requests to examine the property of Zrenjanin's factory prior to February 7. Opening of the delivered bids for procurement of the company will be carried out seven days later.

The first attempt of sale of "Begej" was unsuccessful because potential buyer offered the price that was ten times lower than the set price of the property of that company.
