Zelvoz from Smederevo looking for an owner – Estimated property value of RSD 1.1 billion

The factory is in operational condition and the production activities continued throughout the bankruptcy proceedings, the ad states. The most important property consists of immovable property within the factory, facilities and equipment for repairing rail vehicles and 100% shares in Zelvoz – Ugostiteljstvo i Turizam, Zelvoz – Zastitna Radionica, Zeleznicar and Zeleznicko Industrijska Skola.

The estimated value is RSD 1,153,230,000.00, and the deadline for submitting offers is July 5.
