Atlas system became the new owner of Centroprom, 3.1 million EURO

Company Atlas system announced that it became a majority owner of the Belgrade’s Centroprom. For the take over of 70% of the total capital of this company Atlas systems paid 3,1 million EURO. Atlas system is planning to recuperate the name of the company together with the currently employed and the Centroprom management.

Centroprom was founded in 1930 and has been the leader in the foreign trade of groceries for decades in Serbia.
