The list of bad managers on the SBRA website – Central Register of Temporary Restrictions of Rights of Entities starts working

- The task of all state authorities is to create favorable atmosphere for business activities, in both private and public sectors. Our goal is to equalize the rights and liabilities of entrepreneurs and to compile a register of all private and business entities participating in Serbia's economy – said Minister of Economy Zeljko Sertic at the presentation of the Central Register.

The new information system will list measures imposed by taxation and inspection authorities, decisions on revoking authorizations, licenses, permits, approvals, concessions, subsidies... This will make transparent the reliability of companies in Serbia and natural persons who run companies and have their monetary assets at their disposal.

Data on legal persons registered at the SBRA who have had their rights temporarily restricted are available at the SBRA website, whereas information on natural persons is not publicly available.

The project of setting up the Central Register of Temporary Restrictions of Rights of Entities was realized based on the agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway and the Government of Serbia from 2013, and its goal is to help the reformation of state administration, rule of law and competitiveness. The Kingdom of Norway donated EUR 700,000 to Serbia for the realization of this project.
