Čačak-based "Autoprevoz", of which majority owner is company "Kavim Public Transportation" from Tel Aviv, bought six new air-conditioned buses whose value is about 740,000 EUR.

The buses will circulate on the most frequent lines between the suburbs and city center.

At the end of August, the new owner delivered 10 new buses to "Autoprevoz". These buses, worth 2.1m EUR, were produced in cooperation with company "Volvo" and they are used in intercity transportation.

The latest procurement of buses exceeded the investment plan of the Israeli company, which anticipated investing of 1.3m EUR in "Autoprevoz" during the first year.

General Manager of "Autoprevoz", Andrija Stanić, said that the new investments lay ahead and that they should enable more profitable services of higher quality.

- Certain number of minibuses will be procured soon and they will be used for transportation of fewer number of passengers on some lines - said Stanić.
