- The capital of Kragujevac-based "Credy bank" has been increased by 5m EUR during additional capitalization that ended
recently and state’s share has been reduced from 72.36 to 65% - said
President of Executive Board of the Bank, Milovan Bošković, today.
According to his words, total capital of "Credy bank" now amounts to somewhat less than 20m EUR. During additional capitalization, the bank obtained 819 new stockholders, about 700 of which are physical persons.
- Successful additional capitalization at the moment when, for numerous reasons, the stock indices on the Belgrade Stock Exchange register general fall, shows that level of trust of citizens and juristic persons in this financial institution is high - Bošković estimated.
Announcing introduction of long-term and mortgage loans in 2008, Bošković expressed his belief that the administrative board of the bank will make the decision this week and lower the interest rates for the clients of the bank starting January 1st, 2008.
