"Jugotehna" on auction - starting price-420m RSD

Privatization Agency announced public invitation for sale of Belgrade-based "Jugotehna", an export-import company from the structure of Mining Smelter Basin "Bor", on Friday (December 21, 2007). The starting price of this company will be 420m RSD.

The interest in procurement of this company is really big, mainly because of the property it owns.

"Jugotehna" owns administrative building of 2,530 square meters in the very center of Belgrade, in Kolarčeva Street, and garages in Krunska Street.

"Jugotehna" also owns warehouse of 2,015 square meters in Barajevo.
