The state writes off the “Resavica” debt worth 11 billion RSD

The representatives of the Ministries of Mining and Energy, Finance, Labor and Economy confirmed at the meeting in Belgrade to the management and the representatives of the syndicates of PEU “Resavica” that the state had written off the debt of the mines worth an 11,4 billion RSD.

The miners were offered a social program worth a 200 EUR per year of service, states the syndicate of that mine.

- It was confirmed at the meeting that the state will free “Resavica” of its debt towards the state debt collectors, that is 11.4 billion RSD, but also that it has no solution for the debts towards the workers for the shift work over two billion RSD – emphasize the syndicate members.
