Ore deposit 'Borska river' is placed 1000-1400m beneath the riverbed of
the Borska
river and extends on 1500m. The content of copper grows as the depth
grows, although it
is calculated that there is 1% of the metal in the ore on the average.
There is
0,22g of the gold in a ton of ore. Total reserves are estimated to be 600m
t with
3,7 mil t of cathode copper, which is an approximate amount dug in Bor for
the last
100 years. Excavation of the ore will last 50 years.

As far as Black peak is concerned, tha latest exploration, unofficially,
shows that
apart from copper, gold and silver, there are also considerable amounts of
rare
metals.
