Top ten most desirable employers in Serbia are Coca-Cola HBC Zemun, NIS Novi Sad, Telenor Belgrade, EPS Belgrade, Telekom Serbia in Belgrade, Nordeus Belgrade, Microsoft Software Belgrade, Philip Morris Services Belgrade, JP Posta Srbije Belgrade, Delta holding Belgrade, according to the latest survey conducted by the Infostud during February and March.

Research results of The most desirable employer 2016 survey show who the most attractive employers in Serbia are and what makes them so interesting for the candidates. The survey was completed by more than 10,000 participants at Poslovi.infostud.com. The participants chose the most desirable employers on the basis of personal decision, stated what makes an employer attractive, what kind of salary they expect from such employer, what type of company it is.

Participants in the survey appreciate most good relationships and work environment with employers. Opportunities for professional development and caeer progress are second-ranked, while salary ranks the third place. Criteria which affect attractiveness of the employer comprise job security, company prestige and reputation and a good treatment of employees by management.
