Industrial zone "Zmič" in Paraćin to be ready for investors starting March 2008

Municipality of Paraćin will offer Industrial zone "Zmič" to the investors in March 2008. This zone occupies 46.27 ha and it has already been divided into modules of 23 acres each. Every investor will have to buy at least two modules. “Construction of infrastructure is underway, so that foreign and domestic investors will get completely equipped land”, Slađana Ljutić from the Office for Local Development of Town Hall of Paraćin points out.

According to her words, price of the land will be known by the end of the year, but it is most likely that the investors will get number of privileges, which will depend on the number of employees and size of the land they buy.

- "Zmič" will surely be interesting to investors. It is situated along the Corridor 10, exceptionally important European corridor, between Paraćin and Ćuprija – Slađana Ljutić pointed out.
