Gosa Montaza to pay out RSD 205 per share as a cash dividend

Gosa Montaza scheduled its AGM for June 11th, when, among other things, cash dividend in the amount of RSD 205 per share is proposed to be approved. This gives a huge 12.2% gross yield.

Dividend is to be paid from retained earnings from previous years and from 2015 net profit. Record date is on June 1st, 2016.

The company posted only RSD 6.7m in FY 2015 net profit, which is the record low since its listing at the BSE.
