"Salford" to buy shares of "Knjaz Milos" on Belgrade stock market, 12% of state-owned shares

Investment fund Salford is intrested in becoming one of the owners of "Knjaz Milos"  and is going to bid for procurement of that company's shares that are owned by state. 

The Knjaz Milos shares, 18.271 of them , in other words,  12% of total amount of shares of that company which are owned by state, will be offered for sale on the Belgrade stock market.There are 41,7% of "Knjaz Milos" shares in the state ownership, and Cayman island-based investment fund FPP Balkans limited bought about 58% of shares of that company for production of mineral water and juice in 2 cycles from minor stockholders.
