NIS to pay out RSD 24.7 per share as a cash dividend from 2015 profit

Board of Directors at NIS proposed the company to payout 25% of non-consolidated net profit from 2015, as a cash dividend.

This implies RSD 4bn in total or RSD 24.7 per share (RSD 20.99 net), which gives gross 4% yield, when considering Friday’s close at RSD 608 per share. Record date will be linked with the AGM date as usual. This is still to be declared.
