Town Hall of Čačak offers four locations on main road Belgrade – Užice

Municipality of Čačak offers 4 locations for investments on main road Belgrade – Užice: Ljubić Polje 1 (33 ha), Ljubić Polje 2 (110 ha), Cer (9.67 ha) and Factory of cutting tools (11.26 ha). According to the words of Radojica Gavrilović from the Office for local development of town hall of Čačak, all locations have required infrastructure, industrial railway gage and they are ideal for production activities or construction of business-trade centers.

- We have another three locations that are situated along the main road Belgrade – Kraljevo, so-called Ibar's main route. They also have required infrastructure and, except for production activities, they are suitable for logistic centers – Gavrilović pointed out at the Investment and Real Estate Trade Fair "BelRE", which was closed on Saturday (December 8, 2007) on the Belgrade Fairgrounds.
